Returns
We accept returns only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
Customers must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order with clear images or video proof.
Used, opened, or tampered products are not eligible for return due to hygiene reasons.

Refunds
Once the return request is approved, refunds will be processed in the form of:
Store credit, or
Bank transfer (for prepaid orders only).
Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days after approval.
Non-Refundable Items
Products purchased during sale or promotional offers
Items damaged due to misuse or negligence
